He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Ackermann Erb; and his uncle Anthony Ackermann. He is survived by: his father James Erb (Jim); his stepmother Cheryl Erb; his siblings, Paul Erb (Michele Marut Erb) and Elizabeth Erb Firmstone; his uncles, Karl Ackermann (Gladys) and Fred Ackermann (Paula); his aunt Monica Ackermann; and his nephews, Lucas, Maxwell and Charles Firmstone.
