He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Kramer and Donna Kramer (Coziah); and his stepfather Calvin C. Baumgartner. He is survived by: his siblings, Kris Melon, Eugene Kramer Jr., Diane Tate (Dixie), Allen Baumgartner, Carol Widener, Julie Sorenson and Stacy Baumgartner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
