He is survived by: his wife Linda Martindale; his children, Keri Ruffalo (Chris) of Texas, Marty Martindale (Maria) of Texas, Julie Bluhm (James) of Iowa, David Pitz (Heather) of Arizona and Tony Martindale (Judy) of Florida; his siblings, Boyd Dingman (Dianna) of Nebraska, Darl Dingman (Colleen) of Georgia, Helen Foster (Rich) of Utah and Ginger Swaney of Florida; and his family, James and Harley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
