It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kellogg (Charles City, Iowa), who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kellogg and Thelma Kellogg (Gravunder); his sisters, Karen Heuton and Brenda Stevens; and his brother-in-law Terry Hoy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Hoy of Charles City, Duane Kellogg (Sandra) of Charles City and William Kellogg (Patty) of Charles City; his brothers-in-law, Bob Heuton of Fontanelle and Tim Stevens of Ely, Minnesota; and his significant other Deb Marvin of Charles City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
