He was predeceased by: his parents, Ejnar "Joe" Jensen and Anna Jensen (Falkerts); his granddaughter Samantha Vining; and his siblings, Arnold Barg, Dorothy Wood, Roger Barg, Norman Barg, Gordon Barg and Clark Jensen.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly "Bev" Smith; his children, Tammy Lueth (Jon) of Cedar Falls, Teresa Jensen of Mason City, Scott Jensen (Sara) of Charles City, Shannon Jensen (Tina) of Decorah and Karla Hicks (Trey) of Luling, Texas; and his sister Phyllis Chumbley.
