He is survived by: his wife Dianne R. Schwieger of Charles City; his sons, Marc Blackburn of Charles City and Scott Blackburn of Pas Christian, Mississippi; his grandsons, Cody Blackburn, Brandon Blackburn and Brady Blackburn; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Blackburn; his sister Karen Clark (Robert); his brothers-in-law, Don Groesbeck and Larry Schwieger; and his friends, Brooklyn Warnke, Jackson Warnke, Hailee Warnke, Taylor Warnke, Cody Warnke, Tasha Warnke, Jeff and Emily Meyer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
