He is survived by: his children, Katherine, Tom Kruse (Julie), Kurt Kruse (Angel) and Kathy Kruse; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Ivy (Morgan), Alexander Parks, Kellie Nixon (Chris), Kayla Kruse (Daniel Reiter) and Neil Mink (Leti Corral); and his great grandchildren, Margaret Ivy, Audrey Ivy, Eleanor Ivy and Allister Mink.
