He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Woodworth and Marie Woodworth (Springer); his grandson Jesse Cero; and his siblings, Diane, Mary, Roberta, Carolyn, Richard and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Woodworth; his children, Troy Woodworth, Todd Woodworth, Tammy Roberts (Trey) and Linda White (Gary); his grandchildren, Michael Lensing, Amy Waechter (Wes), Jordan Woodworth, Tyler Woodworth and Kim Ashlock (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Carter, Kaylee, Clayton, Carson and Conner; and his brother Ralph Woodworth.
