He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Brown and Merna Brown (Ritter); his brother Kieth; his parents-in-law, Floyd Meerdink and Gladys Meerdink; his siblings-in-law, Dale Kinter and Janet Meerdink; and his niece Laura Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Gina Phearman (Scott), Angela Sinnwell, Kelly Powell (John) and Shawna Davis (Daryl King); his grandchildren, Ellyn Phearman (Christopher Schaupp), Alexander Phearman (Sophie Rubashkin), Anna Phearman, Dalton Schutjer, Jadyn Schutjer, Elliott Sinnwell (Marley Hagarty), Brooke Powell (Ian Ivens), Louis Powell, Jake Powell, Orion Davis and Alexis Davis; his great grandchild Cora Schaupp; his sister Betty Holtz (David); his brothers-in-law, Earl Meerdink (Barb) and Paul Meerdink (Marian); and his nieces and nephews, Debra Hocking (Bob), Jonathan Jones, Christine Kennedy, Amy Engberg (Andy), Joel Meerdink (Carin), Elizabeth Meerdink, Tammy Frascht (Terry) and Troy Meerdink.
