She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bill and Rosa Bill (Davis); her husband William Hart; her son Joe Hart; her daughter-in-law Ruth Hart; her granddaughter Brieha Hart; and her siblings, Mae Mackamul, Clara Parker, Dorothy Logan, Lois Bill, Grace Waddell, Elsie Conway, Florence Wells, Edith Weidner, Ernie Bill, Lester Bill, Elmer Bill and Harvey Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hart (Charnel) of Aransas Pass, Jim Hart of Farmington, Minnesota and Teresa Hobert (Ed) of Charles City; her daughter-in-law Shari Hart of Charles City; her sisters, Myrtle Albrecht of Charles City, Violet Klassen of Illinois and Arlene Carr of Charles City; and her sisters-in-law, Dixie Fox of Charles City and Helen Bill of Charles City. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Frieda Hart's name can be made to Trinity United Methodist Church in Charles City, Iowa.
