She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Ray" Fiddick and Beatrice Fiddick (Pell); her husband Gerald Flack; her sons, Don and Duane; her daughters-in-law, Shirley and Jane; her grandson Jeffrey; and her siblings, Thelma and Floyd.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis and Dale (DeOnn); and her grandchildren, Janelle Moe, Robert Flack, Nicholas Kline, Michelle Vrba (Bob), Kristian Kline, Danielle Borntregger (Josh), Joshua Flack (Dina) and Analise Junker (Craig). She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church (502 N Jackson St, Charles City, IA 50616). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Osage Cemetery.
