We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2019, at the age of 78, Barbara Holtz (Charles City, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Neir and Arthur Neir; her former husband Darell Kock; her daughter Jolene Kock; her granddaughter Danielle Glynn; and her brother-in-law Leon Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Merlin Holtz; her daughters, Kathleen Luppes (Lyle) of Rosemount, MN, Sandra Glynn (Ayron) of River Falls, WI and Anna Eefing (Ron); her grandchildren, Amanda Ford (Nathan) of Houston, TX, Jennifer Delnay (Timothy) of Ashland, WI, Elena Glynn of Roseville, MN, Natasha Glynn of Minneapolis, MN, Marina Glynn of River Falls, WI and Joshua Luppes of Shreveport, LA; her great grandchild Theodore Ford of Houston, TX; her siblings, Sharon Adamson (Norman), Ruth Nelson (Curt), Stephen Neir (Helen), Paul Neir (Karla) and Daniel Neir (Peggy); and her aunt Darlene Heitz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Barb loved little children so very much, and the family would appreciate memorials to Hope for Life in Charles City in lieu of flowers.
