Zella Mae Hintz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021, at the age of 83, Zella Mae Hintz of Chariton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Alva Glenn Haines; her husband William Hintz; her mother Ruth Haines (Howard); her siblings, Kenneth Haines, Daryl Haines, Glyda Kent and Doris Oldham; her brothers-in-law, Roy Kent, Ed Oldham and Harold Craig; and her nephew Bill Montgomery.

She is survived by: her son James Hintz; her sister Evelyn Craig; her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Hines and Gloria Hintz; and her nieces and nephews, Audrey Montgomery, Diana Schmiedtke, Janice Diefenthaler, Keith, Roy, Dale Haines, Randy, Steve Turner and Ellen Jackson. She is also survived by Her parents were blessed with two sons and four daughters.
