He is survived by: his wife Sherry Johnson; his son Mike Johnson (Jinger) of Pittsfield Illinois; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Johnson of Pittsfield Illinois, Michael Johnson, Patrick and Katelyn Johnson; his great grandchildren, Maverick, Nora, Jack, Rylan, Oakley and Cash; and his brother-in-law Mike Worrell (Daynene) of Chariton Iowa.
