He is survived by: his former wife Freida Lieswald; his wife Cyndi Swarthout; his children, Kevin Wilkinson, Faye Wilkinson, Jason Wetzel (Lisa) and Eric Wetzel (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Hailee, Isaac, Kody and Emma; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Swarthout (Sandy), Denny Swarthout (Becky), Doug Swarthout (Colette) and Cheryl Kline (Ken).
