He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wallace and Gladys Wallace; his wife Margaret Wallace; and his sister Sharon Cook. He is survived by: his son Stephen Wallace (Kari) of Ohio; his grandsons, David Wallace (Whitney) of Ohio and Jonathan Wallace; his great grandchild William Wallace; his sisters, Shirley McCracken (Charles) of Fairfield and Karen Shaw (Robert) of Centerville, Ohio; and his brother-in-law Lee Cook (Sandy) of Elgin, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in Dick's name to Open Door Christian Schools, located at 8287 W. Ridge Road, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
