She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferrel Lemon and Ceceil Lemon (Dovenspike); her husband William Lee; and her siblings, Norma Pottorff, Yvonne Hilsabeck, Jeri Dexter and Jim Lemon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Zanders and Ann Short; her grandchildren, Chris Parrish, Lisa Fresh (Ron), Jason Storm (Mendy Bakerink), Jeremy Storm and Kelsey Lear (Jeremy Carson); and her great great grandchildren, Shane, Tristin, Ellie and Kylie. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Nelda's name can be directed to Almost Home Animal Rescue in Chariton.
