He is survived by: his sons, James and Dallas; his wife Kathy; his daughters, Karrie Anderson and Kelsie Dommer (Cory); his granddaughters, Kenley and Brentli; his sister Cheryl Barker; his sister-in-law Vicki Swallow (Dennis); his nephew Chris Feehan (Kim); his niece Kristin Parker (Gary); and his friends, Diane Hoffman and Rick McCarty. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
