He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcel Conrad and Floris Conrad; his daughter Connie Long; and his siblings, Marcella Jacobs, Melvin Conrad, Marsha Fetters, Michelle and Melissa.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Hundley-Conrad; his children, Marty Harvey Conrad, Amanda Ruth Lewis, Donnie Hundley (Mindy) and Gary Hundley (Dessire); his grandchildren, Josh, Kayleigh, Kierren, Lincoln, Lencie, Cody, Katie, Clayton, Shayanne and Paige; and his siblings, Mike Conrad (Claudia), Marilyn Conrad-Hall, Mark Conrad (Nancy), Monte Conrad (Christa) and Dizz Conrad. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
