It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Maxine McBee of Chariton, Iowa, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Lavina James (Crooks) and Herbert James; her husband Billy Duane McBee; her son Brent; her brother Darl James; and her brother-in-law Richard Potter.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Aquino of Arkansas, Kevin McBee of Arizona and Linda McBee of Iowa; her grandchildren, Brad McBee, Heather McBee, Afton McCarty, Adam McBee, Brittany Valenzuela, Billie Slager (Sam) and Brandon Aquino; her great grandchildren, Eric McBee, Claire McBee and Carson McBee; and her siblings, Lois Wignall, Ron James (Susan), Doris Potter, Vernon James (Linda) and Gary James (Susie).
