It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lynn Delano Johnston of Chariton, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 88, on July 6, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Johnston and Iva Johnston; his siblings, Louise, Ruth and Reno; and his grandson Brad.

He is survived by: his children, Randy Lynn, Debra Diane (Matthew Romero), Daniel Dean, Karol Johnston, Amanda Johnston and Rhonda Johnston; his daughter-in-law Cindy; and his son Jerry Dannels. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; a niece.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
