He is survived by: his wife Joan Hart; his children, Tammy Moore (Shawn), Tim Michael (Ronda), Tod Michael (Vonda) and Thad Michael (Heather); his grandchildren, Lauren Shipley (Jake), Mercedes Michael (Bryce Cunningham), Harli Rich (Brayden), Tristen Michael, Cheyenne Michael (Brandon Storm), Karcyn Michael, Brandi Blum (Jesse), Justin Brown (Jacqueline), Kolby Moore (Brooke) and Kenadi Moore; his great grandchildren, Arlo, Hazel, Forrest and Stone; and his siblings, Marilyn Goughnour and Robert Michael. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
