He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Miller (Pearson) and James Daniel Miller; and his brother-in-law Terry Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Amanda Davros (Tom) and Jon Andrew Miller; his grandchildren, Morgan, Dakota, Molly, Rocky and Deacon; his great grandchild Lainie; his siblings, Mary Lou Bingham (Bobby) and Bill Miller; and his nieces and nephews, Christina Bartlett, David Bingham, Julia Fenoglio, Ben Bingham, Victoria Holdsworth, Jamie Miller, Kimmy Alton, Megan Phillips and Michelle Ripperger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of Jon's family to be divided among causes important to him at a later date.
