He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrie Noah and Vera Noah (Kincaid); his sister Linda Schumann; and his brother-in-law Edmond Skellings. He is survived by: his wife Lucinda; his children, Doug Noah (Karla), Angie Noah, Jeffrey Noah, Shawn McSperan (Sandy), Shana Lahr (Paul) and Patrick Gerkey (Stacey); his sister Louise Skellings; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Schumann, Roze McCabe (Dave) and Ed Hochart (Sue). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
