He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rouse and Mabel Rouse (Bass); his wife Beth JoAnn Ginn; his son John; and his siblings, Mike Rouse (Charlotte) and Barbara Gillman (Clifford).
He is survived by: his friends, Larry, Rita Siglin and Barber Shop; his daughters, Julie Stansbery (Rusty) and Janet Rouse (Ed Jordan); his grandchildren, Jacob Shriver (Angie), Cameron Shriver (Casey Peasley), Maggie Stansbery (Moe Nichols), Sam Shriver, Tracy Shanks (Casey), Ross Stansbery (Samantha), Grant, Alia (Brett), Brenna, Lola, Gwen, Maeve and Vivie; and his sister-in-law Margaret Bayer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Lucas County Veterans Memorial Park.
