He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Susie Johnson (Eric), Hilary Masters (Seth) and Phil Hamilton (Abby); his grandchildren, Stuart, Ellie, Zoey, Grady, Eli and Nellie; and his siblings, Bob Hamilton and Jean Bertram. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
