He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Etter and Minnie Loo Etter; and his brothers, Steve and Bill Etter. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Mecham; his sons, Gary Etter (Kristi) of Florissant, Joe Etter (Kandi) of Omaha and Ryan Etter (Robin) of Vernal; and his brothers, Bobby Etter (Becky) of Newton and Tim Etter of Kellogg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
