He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Sinclair and Nora Myers Sinclair. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hyde; his child Brooke Dardis (Mitch); his grandchildren, Brock and Nolan; his child Jesse Stewart (Ashley); his granddaughters, Anna and Ada; his child Gehrig (Ashten); his grandchildren, Elodie and Beau Sinclair; his great grandchild Tobe; his granddaughter Katie Sinclair (Zach McElroy); and his siblings, Bobby Sinclair and Kathy Mincks (Kevin).

Memorials may be made in care of his family to be designated at a later date.
