He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Marvin and Mae Taylor (Alexander); his son Jay Taylor; his great grandchild Paetton Canfield; and his in-laws, Georgia, Wayne Cummings, Alyce, Kenny Williams, Harold Hysell and Ray Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Taylor; his daughter Jennifer Graves (Chuck); his grandchildren, Tommy Graves (Taylor), Tyler Graves (Sabrina), Ashley Gee (Kody), Aaron Graves (Morganne), Austin Gee and Alison Gee (Mekail); his great grandchildren, Carter, Ella, Carson, Kinzlee, Brantley, Kaleb, Remington and Ruby Rose; and his in-laws, Earnestine Hysell, Jane Wilson, Pearl, Norma Teater, Joy and John Pierce.
Memorials may be made in Jerry's name to the Chariton Volunteer Fire Department or Pin Oak Marsh.
