It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry E. Howell of Chariton, Iowa, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William and Sophronia; his wife Awanda; his son Jack Howell; his granddaughter Sammi Howell; and his sisters, Eleanor Maudsley, Sharon Carpenter and Karen Chronister (Ken). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Parkinson's Foundation.
