She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McMurtrey and Helen McMurtrey; and her son Steven Michael. She is survived by: her husband Merle Conrad; her daughter Traci Briggs (Gary); her daughter-in-law Kim Conrad; her grandchildren, Corey Conrad (Hailey), Dylan Conrad, Mickelle Malloy, Emily Malloy and Ayden Malloy; her great grandchildren, Charlotte "Boo", Avery and Emmett; and her sisters, Nancee Seifert and Trish Fenn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Memorials may be made in Jayne's honor to the Food Pantry/Lucas County Inter-Church Council or the Puppy Jake Foundation.
