He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Bob Wilkinson. He is survived by: his former spouse Mickey Betz (Blanchard); his wife Sandy; his daughters, Janel Miller and Jody Swarthout (Nancy Bernardi); his stepchildren, Brian Mills (Diane) and Bri Conley (Michael Devitt); his stepgranddaughter Heidi; his siblings, Cheryl Kline (Kenny), Denny Swarthout (Becky), Doug Swarthout (Colette) and Cyndi Wilkinson; and his pet Maxine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and many extended family.
After the first wave of Covid-19 was over, the girls were lucky enough to get in quite a few quality visits, where they were able to experience the sarcasm in all its glory.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to the family.
