Ida Correne Kunch Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ida Correne Kunch of Chariton, Iowa, born in Corydon, Iowa, who passed away on January 27, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Nichols (Holmes) and Joseph Nichols; her children, Crystal Correne and Anthony Dean; her siblings, Wanda Engel, Sharon Hauger, Joe and Curtis Nichols; and her siblings-in-law, Don Kunch, Bert Lockard, Donna Sutton and Ruth Ann Kunch.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Diane Irving (Buck), Kathy Lockard, Glenda Kunch, Robert Kunch (Barb) and Ron Sutton. She is also survived by her loving husband; her three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Humane Society in Ida's name. Ida's body was donated to the Science Center at the University of Iowa and will be cremated at a later date.
