She was predeceased by: her husband Leland Sims; her parents, Robert Elliott and Fern Elliott (Rohrer); her daughter Teresa Fox; her siblings, Ethel, Thelma, Daisy, Mary Ann, Beulah, Raymond, Bob and Myrtle; and her great great grandchild Cassidy Dunsmoor.
She is survived by: her children, Vickey Kish (Chris) and Lonnie Sims (Ruth); and her sister Beverly Buckalew (Clyde). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Helen's name may be directed to Every Step Hospice.
