It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred L Housman of Chariton, Iowa, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Housman (Jim) and Joanne Housman (Hayes). He is survived by: his son John Eric (Nicole Housman); his siblings, Judy, Ken Mumford, Perry Housman and Andy Housman; his brother-in-law Mike (Bev Leonard); his son Joey Housman; and his siblings, Patty (Gary Baker) and Dennis Housman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer Association or Suicide Prevention.
