He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel George and Virgie George (Dyer); his son Robert George; his wife Martha Mumford; his siblings, Paul George and Ruth Johnson; and his brother-in-law Harry Johnson.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Martha LeeAnn Bietz, Mary Kay Pickrell (Troy) and Victoria Jane (Kevin Morris); and his daughter-in-law Nancy Stevens of Denver, CO.. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; 25 great great grandchildren.
