He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Rash and Margaret C. Rash (Hager); and his brother Donavon Rash. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Rash, Melissa Ellingson and Catherine Moreau; and his siblings, Dwight Rash (Janet), Daryl Rash (Dixie), Darla Rash (Doug) and DaLene Kahler (Mark).
