She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sons, Tommy Gene (Cheryl), Clayton Eric (Tina) and William Joseph (Wendy); her grandchildren, Jamie Patterson (Donnie), Wendi Norris (Aaron), Rusty Norris (Stephanie), Brittany Hala (Wesley), Tiffany Norris (Eric), Brett Norris and Joni Burton; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Brody, Izabelle, Scout, Jeb, Gabe, Macie, Eric, Hazel, Mackenzie and Brianna; her great great grandchild Aloy; and her siblings, Robert Blanchard (Linda), Gary Blanchard, Carolyn Blanchard (Annette Lindsey) and Patricia Sheesley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Jeannie's family to purchase a bench to be placed outside of Piper's.
