He is survived by: his wife Maggie; his children, Stacy Malone of Des Moines, Brant Malone (Tena) of Chariton and Buzz Malone (Lorri) of Cedar Rapids; his brother Max Malone of Indianola; his son-in-law Randy Mateer of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Travis (Katelyn), Tori, Trey Mateer, Meggie Malone (Jamie Mundth), Madison Dowell (Brett), Cassie Lewis (Bill), Tony (Annie), Jesse (Rachel) and Mason Malone; his stepgrandchildren, Levi and Reagan Etter; and his great grandchildren, Lennon Mateer, Adley, Axle Walsh, Ansley, Aiden Mundth, Lynex, Novak Keller, Mac, MacKenzie Befort, Billy, Nova Lewis, Oliver, Lucy, Roxy, Elly and Baby Malone.
