She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Henrichs and Dorothy Henrichs (Stephenson); her husband Bob Worthman; and her great grandchild Matthew Weaver. She is survived by: her children, Fred DeLong (Stacie), Shelly Brown (Jeff) and Krystal DeLong; her grandchildren, Michael, Kim, Makynna, Kayden, Ashley, Chris, Teaira, Temika, Celone and Tylia; and her brother Rick Henrichs.
