She is survived by: her siblings, Nedra Ward (Jack) and Russell Jones (Marcia) of Lake Crystal, MN.; her children, Ann Blevins (Michael Adams), Des Moines, Kay Wright of Des Moines and James Hazelwood of Birmingham, AL; her grandchildren, Eric Powers of Albia, Michael Blevins (Katie Slauson-Blevins), Susan Hannam (Nathan) of Adel, Jeremy Wright of Des Moines, Margeaux Spain (Josh), West Des Moines and Henry Adams of Las Vegas, NV.; and her great great grandchildren, Jacqueline Smith (Adam), Jordyn Huett (Cameron), Jerod Wright (Sophie), Grant, Clair Powers, Raegan, Emma, Colin, Stella Blevins, Reid Hannam, Wyatt, Karsyn Smith, Coy Huett, Cyrus Wright and Jersey Durham. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
