It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Bernadine Lenzine of Chariton, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald O. Moon and Hazel B. Moon (Voss); her husband Ralph Eugene Lenzine; her sister Bonnie Jeanean Moon; her children, Kyle Kenton Lenzine, Rhonda Jeanean Dixon and Stephen Eugene Lenzine; her grandson Kenny Gene Lenzine; her great grandchild Peyton Lee Conrad; her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Davis and Clyde Davis; and her daughter-in-law Julie Lenzine.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Lenzine (Laura); her grandchildren, Melissa Neer (Jerry) of Chariton, Jason Conrad (Kylee) of Olathe, Hally Gass (Steven) of Chariton, Ashley Ruepke of Hartford, Skyliar Lenzine, Christian Lenzine of Russell, Valorie Christensen (Dalton Barton) of Humeston, Ernie Christensen (Tori Karn) of Chariton and Kim Chambers; her great grandchildren, Hunter Neer, Sophiee Ruepke, Syiless Ruepke, Rylan Ann Gass, Casen McCall, Brody Gass, Blake Gass, Alvie Evans and Faye Lynn Leonard; and her nieces and nephews, Alan, Judy Davis of Johnston, Carolyn and Wayne Swartout of Chariton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
