She is survived by: her children, James Montie II (Jamie) and Kimberly Waters (Donovan); and her siblings, Kenneth (Kenny), Lee Routon (Romi), Charles Routon (Barb) and Marjorie Bowen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
