Sharon Stecher Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Stecher (Central City, Iowa), who passed away on September 9, 2018 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Heacock and Nevada Heacock (Allen); and her brother Harvey Heacock. She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Jody Rausch (Steve) of Robins, IA, Kim Gilbert (Calvin) of Cedar Rapids and Al Stecher (Amy) of Central City, IA; her grandchildren, Alex Himmelsbach (Desirae Hesseltine), Austin Himmelsbach, Aaron Gilbert, Jack Stecher and Jase Stecher; her great grandchild Wyatt Himmelsbach; her sisters, Shirley Dalbkermeyer (Roger) of Dubuque and Sandy Staat (David) of Lonoke, AR; and also, Bill and Centralia. She is also survived by four brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law, two aunts, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Centralia/Peosta Fire Department, Hospice of Dubuque, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
