He is survived by: his wife Deanea; his children, Nathan Soukup (Marilyn) and Kim Chambers (Tom); his stepchildren, Scott Madlom (Lisa), Ritch Madlom (Bonnie) and Lola Brown (Andy); his grandchildren, Chad (Katie), Polly (Jeff) and Ashley; and his stepgrandchildren, Troy (Crystal), Quinn (Stefni), Crystal (Chad), Jesse, Sam and Connor.
