He is survived by: his wife Lois Marie Carpenter; his children, Marsha Starks and Theodore Starks (Lisa) of Middleburg, Florida; and his siblings, Helen Pratt of Cedar Rapids, Hildy Buck of Mesa, Kenny Starks (Pat) of Central City and Richard Starks (Deb) of Monticello, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many neighborhood children.
