She is survived by: her spouses, Gerald Kubik and Jerry Kubik of Central City; her children, Susan Holder (Ray) of Marion, Jerry J. Kubik (Karla) of Cedar Rapids and Diana Neal of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Seth (Kara), Zachary (Callie), Tyler and Jecynda (Dan); her siblings, Frances Wingfield (Keith) of Cedar Rapids, Everette Parbs of Council Bluffs and Gwen Heck (Brian) of Shellsburg; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Parbs of Center Point, Grace Kubik of Center Point, Kay Kubik and Bonnie Kubik. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
