He is survived by: his daughters, Sidney Ann and Brenna Jo; his wife Shawna Jacobsen; his mother Linda Jacobsen; his brothers, Todd Jacobsen (Patty) and Troy Jacobsen (Dena); his nephews, Jason Jacobsen (Erin), Quentin Jacobsen, Chase Jacobsen, Brett Harmon and Chris Harmon; his niece Josey Jacobsen; his parent-in-law Allan Ickes; his sisters-in-law, Sandi Harmon (Larry) and Carmen Nelson (Eric); and also, Sidney Ann, Brenna Jo, Macy, Jake and Bonnie Ickes.
