He was predeceased by: his parents, Shannon Dow Fowler and Glatha Marie Fowler (Kelley); his brother-in-law Ed Ayles; and his in-laws, Jesse and Irene Grey.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Grey; his son Michael Fowler (Jaimie); his grandchildren, Gage Fowler, Hayden Hopper and Marley Fowler; his sister Virginia Ayles; his nieces, Beverly Ryan and Deanna Tice; and his nephew David Stull (Jennie).
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home-Centerville (501 N 18th St, Centerville, IA 52544). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
