He is survived by: his wife Olive Catherine Butkovich of Centerville; his daughters, Heather Bankes (Danny) of Coatsville and Lori Archibold (Andrew) of Indianola, IA; his grandchildren, Zachery Hand (Na-Hyun Jo), Gavin Bankes (Valerie), Desiree Bankes, Cade Archibold and Kayla Archibold; his great grandchildren, Isaac Bankes and Abel Bankes; and his sisters-in-law, Vicky Malin (Fred) of Clarkdale and Kathy Hand of Corydon.
